Apartment Review for Renaissance

I've been here a couple of years and little by little the place gets worse and worse. It seems like there are a lot of section 8 renters moving in. Loud and vulgar langauge are now the norm. I feel sorry for families with children. Cheap construction and the neighborhood is also becoming scarier all the time.

Freaky people around all the time...people I know live on the second floor ...someone tried to break into their apartment via climbing onto their balcony...they came home to blood all over their balcony.
