I have lived here over a year, have had no problems. Maintenance is prompt, management courteous. We have no problems with noisy neighbors but I know another renter who does have a noisy neighbor and management will not remedy situation.

The Renaissance is a great place to live. The apartments are really nice-with all the necessities and then some. The staff is always kind, prompt, and very friendly.
