Apartment Reviews for Rosemont Ridge At Lowry - Denver

I have lived in many apartment complexes and my experience at Rosemont was the best of them all so I feel compelled to write a review. I moved in mid January right after new management took over, so if you look at these reviews, most of them were before that. I was in a hurry and did not read reviews before moving in so was a bit nervous about some of the comments made, mostly the noise level. I have a dog that is protective when he hears alot of noise, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was quiet.I did not hear the neighbors and none of them complained to me about any noise (I was on the 3rd floor and had someone below). I don't understand the concern with the parking. I was worried that I screwed up and didn't get a garage because I am in and out in the middle of the night on call for a hospital...Not once did I ever NOT find a space even at 3 in the morning. I never had to park outside the gate... I'm wondering if some of the complaints are because people expected to park directly outside their door? Management has taken steps to account for every car and give special tags since then anyways. I loved the location -close to the trail and park, starbucks, walgreens, fast food, etc...with a dog daycare/ER and storage facility right next door. I liked the dog park area and the fact that they have a pet poop service to clean up after the residents that couldn't be bothered to clean up after their dog and ruin it for everybody else (yes, people - sadly this happens in residential neighborhoods too - it's not the managements fault) The number one thing that stands out to me was the management...Carlos, Garrett and all the others were very reasonable and responsive (they even matched my schedule (due to the dog being home) on very short notice to address an issue with my window blind that was not even an emergency. I never had a problem with anything being addressed in a timely manner. I loved the floorplans here (open and bright) and the upgrades - In my opinion a great value for the space. I guess I got lucky for being in a hurry, I would totally live here again.
