Apartment Review for Summit Place

Furer Development & Management (the company that owns Summit Place) wants your money and doesn't mind stealing to get it. I'm looking at a bill right now that states it has taken my security deposit away for "cleaning" a room that I cleaned prior to moving out (This charge is equally infuriating considering it is a cost of doing business in the first place!). Also Cockroaches, cockroaches, cockroaches. I'm not the sqweemish type but come on! They are literally EVERYWHERE and management continually fails to do anything about it.

Oh any don't they them lie to you. There is no pool or fitness room that is usable in any sense. If you aren't in dire straights then stay away!... far away!
