Apartment Review for Summitt Ridge Apartments

I've suffered enough and will not be renewing my lease. I've been here for over 6 years. The reason why I haven't moved out is because the negatives come gradually. Back in the day this wasn't such a bad place. But I've had it now!

I've read every complaint on this website and they sum this place up pretty well. I'd like to say I'm kidding, but I am dead serious. Anybody that says this is a great place to live either just moved in and hasn't seen the whole picture, or has low standards.

Do youself a favor and take a real hard look at this place before you sign. Safety, maintenance, structural integrity, looks, appliances, hallways, stairwells, elevators, amenities, personnell, neighbors, management, parking lots..........it all pretty much sucks.
