Apartment Reviews for Summitt Ridge Apartments
Wouldn't Recomend to an Enemy

If you are thinking Summit Ridge, DON"T, I am a current resident and was just told it is probably best I don't resign my lease here. They basically take no responsibility for any shortcomings or mistakes. Don't bother calling Legacy Partners (Management Company) local or national office. They do not care one bit. I was yelled at by mistake when a secratary thought I was someone else calling their local office and then when I corrected her she called me a liar and refused to apologise. Her name I think was Lisa. Judy is their local manager over several properties but she won't return your call at all. E-Mailed National VP and no response. Neighbors here are great but Management and Maintanence is failing. The mantanence is failing because of Management so don't blame them. Kelly is the down fall of the complex. Over Christmas last year a package was lost by the Management office when UPS delibvered it to them then they distributed my Children's christams presents from their grandfather to other apartments in our building. ADDRESS IS ON PACKAGE, how difficult is that? Then try getting sick, not just you but all your kids from a dirty pool, took 2 weeks to narrow down the cause but yet no apology from anyone for the suffering, not Management, not local office not national, because they would be admitting resposibility and they want to deny. Fine, but it would only have took some concern and apoplogy to avoid disatisfaction of this customer. THEY DON"T CARE. Pool has been closed all but 1 day now in JULY. It is the 17th of July and July is hot!!! Any concern, nope, just a well it is out of our control. They fix it and I would be happy but was told it won't be fixed this week. How about a raise in prices of laundry. Washer from $1 to $1.25 but you are paying for the water as they divide the buildings utilities for gas and water amongst everyone. So the dryer you pay $1 for that runs on gas, Hum, I bet with you paying the energy and the $1 that make you feel warm inside, not me. Or washer that you pay the water for. Wait till you see energy in winter. Lobby heat is paid by YOU. Upwards of high $180 if you have more than 1 adult. That is just the apartment side at $180 not counting your electricity bill of $40 or so. This place is Horrible, Do Not Rent if you value your time or money from Summit Ridge or Legacy Partners!!!
My name is Michael Angotti My Address is 8330 E. Quincy Ave. Denver CO 80237

Added after review posted: Current Residents, I just got a 7% discount from them for month of July for pool problem. FYI
