All A Smoke Screen - Don't Believe What You See!

I just moved out. I was planning to move out in a year, but the elevator (only one elevator) was constantly breaking down. The water was always being shut off because of plumbing problems and the new manager is cold and rude! So, I decided to speed up my move. Don't rent here!
