Love My Townhome !!!!!

I have lived here for over 2 years and have had NO PROBLEMS ! I absolutely love my townhome ! I have read the reviews many people have left on here and really think they are using this website as a place to vent rather than state actual facts. Any type of emergency work order I have maintenance is out that same day. I have never once seen any type of pest in my home or any of my friends home that live here. As far as security goes, I see them driving thru the property every night. Yes, I was without water for a few days, but the office staff nor maintenance can help it that a main water line broke in the parking lot. Management did give us bottles and gallons of water and did allow us to use the facilities in their model home and office during the inconvienence.

A place to vent rather than state actual facts? Really? Would you like to see actual pictures I took of the bedbugs I found in my townhome? Or how about the videos I took of my neighbors excessive partying EVERY single night? Or how about all the police reports I have after I called the police on my neighbors for their constant noise violations? Something sounds EXTREMELY 'iffy' about this post. Oh, and before I get any smart a** remarks it's not because I am 'dirty' (as someone else on this site stated) what-so-ever. There were bedbugs in my townhome before I even started to unpack ANY of my belongings - not to mention the exterminator left me a note after he had left telling me my townhome was the cleanest one he has ever seen in the entire complex. Don't believe me on that one either? I still have that note he left as well. Whoever reads this post DO NOT listen to them. This place is a hell hole! It will be the biggest mistake of your life. Still not convinced? Go look at their ratings under apartmentratings.com under their OLD name 'Stone Creek Village. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. (I moved out of that filth 4 months after I moved in & guess what?? I have NONE of the problems at my new apartments that I had there!!!!!!!!!!!) Oh and I also found dead flying ants in my kitchen drawers,all along my stove, and my sink when I first moved in. I was 9 months pregnant with a 2 year old at the time. I still cringe thinking about all the hell those heartless,rude, & unprofessional people put me through!!
Ya whatever she probably works there. I have had a brake in twice once into my home and the other my car. When the water was shut off know one came to my door and offered my family any kind of water. and they didn’t care how we showered, did laundry or went to the bathroom after 5pm. I’m 6months pregnant and have a 4year old and they didn’t care. Now I’m dealing with a water pipe that busted and made my ceiling cave in ruining everything in my living room. They still have not replaced the carpet or cared to check on us. They have the worst customer service and everyone in the office beside Vincent is so rude and careless. My families Christmas was ruined and they just pushed everything into our kitchen so we can’t even cook in our home. This would be the worst place to rent from I can’t wait till I get out of my lease and move to a better place. The rent is cheap because the quality, customer service and people are cheap!
The person who wrote the nice review must either work there or be on drugs. Place is a nightmare
