The property is wonderful in the sense it has an amazing view at the pool and clubhouse by the lake. It is easy to get everywhere from the location BUT they are really overpriced as far as the condition of the unit. They said they remodeled. NOT They gave it a little facelift. We had paint everywhere in our kitchen and baths. Our unit was dirty when we moved. I had to clean before we could move in. The biggest problem in their infestation of RATS! not mice. RATS. They are found dead lying in the drive ways. THey run around at night by the pools, so don't take your kids there at night. There were three of them on the tables by the pool. They have had instances where they have crawled underneath cars and chewed through wires and one person even had one get in the back of her car and DIE! Ill move to New York if I want to live with rats. We lived in our unit 1.5 years and they raised our rent $160.00. Don't rent with an offer because they will just jack it up later. They don't care if they have good tenants that pay on time, they'll just get the next person in.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT RENT HERE, YOU WILL GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!! We have lived there for 2 years and are about to move out. We gave 2 months notice like we were supposed to and have had to go month to month for 2 months now. The last month we got a call stating that they recieved our payment but that it was not enough. They said we owed nearly twice the rent!!! We are currently trying to get it worked out, but now we are stuck in a nightmare!!

Regarding the negative reviews, keep in mind there are thousands of people living here and the people with negative experiences are the ones most likely to make an effort to write a review. When we looked at many other apt. complexes on our search, we were looking for safety, location, parking, and amenities. I love taking walks here and have always felt very safe here, even taking walks at night in the complex. Parking has never been a problem for us. The renovations they have done on the property are really nice, including an incredible gym that will save you tons when you consider the price of a gym membership. The other facilities include a group exercise room with weekly yoga, tai-chi, aerobics, cardio classes. There are always social events planned by the Breakers if you want to meet people. We have always had our work orders addressed in a timely manner. The Breakers is really accessible to Lowry, Cherry Creek, and not too far from downtown and the airport.

Just come by and take the tour and see what you think for yourself. If you are interested, residents are offered a $1,000 referral bonus for referring someone right now. We are willing to split that with someone 50/50. You have to sign a lease for this to happen, but email me if you are interested...
