Apartment Review for The Lodge At Aspen Grove

I just finished my 12 month lease with The Lodge and, for the first time, feel like I need to write a review due to such a good experience. I wouldn't have left without outside factors taking place, but will always intend to go back given the opportunity.
As far as maintenance and the actual property, we never had to wait more than 24 hrs for anything to be fixed. Typically, I'd just ask one of the maintenance guys when I'd see them walking around and they'd be there with in the hour. The entire place has been recently updated/polished up as well. The property is very dog friendly and has a huge area to enjoy time spent outside. The outdoor pool was always open, and the indoor pool last winter had a pump blow, but as soon as that was fixed was also an option.
As far as the front desk, nothing but goods things to say as well. We have been on a first name basis since day one, and they were always happy to spoil my dog when he came in to say hi.
When it comes to how they go about enforcing one thing or the other, it's pretty straight forward. Hold up to your end of the lease and they will do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay.
I've only read about two other posts below, but not once did I hear a gun shot or even hear a neighbor through the walls. I honestly feel that most of the tenants there are happy. I can assume that some of the posts are from tenants who either walked in with a bad attitude or just didn't feel like paying rent, so they either fabricated a story or embellished on an issue that would come up at any apartment complex.
With the move in deals, great staff, reasonable rent, pet friendly, and great central location....The Lodge was probably the best apartment complex experience I've had.
