The Overlook at Mile High is the nastiest, horrifying, ghetto place I have ever lived at. First, the place is infested with bed bugs! Sure, they would spray, but only my apartment, so I got them back two days later. They even let new tenants move into a building they knew for a fact is infested. Security is a joke. all you do is say a number and, voila, you're in. Maintenance has some decent workers, but the young ones which is the majority don't giva a f*!k. The look and up keep of the place is ghetto. My ceiling had yellow shit all over it when I moved in, and Management is full of a bunch of morons that only care when it's lunch time. DO NOT LIVE THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT DEEPLY
