Apartment Reviews for The Parkway Apartments - Denver

Just like the other review said, it was like living in the hall and heaven. I lived there for 2.5 years from 2001-2004. It was great in the first 1.5-2 years. When I first signed the contract, the staff told me it was one of the nicest place in downtown Denver and they did not allow college students live there. (Glad they didn't consider me, a graduate school student, a college student. Ha) It was quiet, close to King Soopers and some shops; great shuttle service to downtown; nice pool; good size gym, etc. But the last 6-12 months I was there, lots of students moved in. A luxury nice apartment complex became a luxury dorm. It was shocking noisy on weekend nights. Drunk guys saying stupid things in the elevator. Broken beer bottle in the building; poops in the dryer!!! (can you believe that?!!!) I moved out in 2 months after I saw the poop in the dryer. Sigh... I still remember the good times there though.
