actually it is very sad to see that the staff does a good job and the problem seem to be the residents.
you will often see the police here for one reason or another, my car has been broken into twice in a year and somebody drove into one of my cars :(

I was very pleased how i was treated and Edgar Renderos is very good at his job extreamly helpfull very professional the grounds and the apartment complex is very clean the apartment i rented is very clean I am very pleased with everything and being a maintenance director i see things that most dont the staff is great the buildings are in good shape agine thank you Edgar from Bob Cook

You get what you pay for. The apartments are nice, deiverse neighborhood. However, lots of water problems and maintenance is slow. I have lived here a couple of years and am enjoying saving money to eventually buy a house-with pipes that work! HA!!! <P>
