Review for Courtney Downs Apartments

Everything looked good on the surface but... I had to clean thoroughly before moving anything in, the shower drain was already clogged, poo all over the complex grounds (rarely picked up by owners or management), dogs running loose, and that year round pool-closed frequently year round for weeks at a time-especially during the winter months when the heater is conveniently "broken." You will also not be able to use the business center after 5pm?! P.S. the car wash is rarely open.

The worst of all is the unprofessional, uncourteous management. I have never met a group of more heartless women! Maintnence requests are lost frequently but most of all, you are ignored and treated with less than dignity. My advice if this didn't sway you is to ask around and dig deep before you make the worst moving mistake of your life!
