Apartment Review for Archstone Legacy Heights

These people will keep your deposit no matter what. I cleaned the apartement from top to bottom. I wanted to do a walk thru and I was told not to worry about two small stains as I had lived there for three years and the carpet wasn't new to begin with. I was surprised with a large bill for dying and stretching the carpet. There is no choice but to pay the bill since attorney fees will cost much more. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!! <P>
