This is seriously the worst place I have lived, please keep looking! The office staff are horrible, I moved from out of state, when I talked over the phone the staff told me my monthly water bill would never be over 35/month, last month it was 72. They divide it equally between all tenants. I have put in so many maintenance requests and most of the time they are never even entered by the staff. After driving for 2 days to move here we were welcomed by a dirty nasty apartment that was overlooked for cleaning, and I quote "sorry must have been to many hands in the cookie jar" well nice business practices! Oh and our slider didn’t lock at all so they fixed it by installing a metal rod to put down, ya know like you would put a piece of wood in window, nice fix job. Everything is fixed in the apartment using white caulking, well except for when I called about mold under my sink they spray painted over it but in the wrong the cabinet so my apartment then smelled like mold and spray paint. Their were spiders everywhere, but every time I complained the bug guy was there the next day while I was at work of course, I honestly don't think it was ever sprayed. The pool is gross and I would never consider getting into, same goes for the hot tub. I think the worst part of the whole experience was the staff; they are so rude once you move in because you're stuck, and they have the upper hand. Watch out for Liz, she is always there and never follows through with anything; she will usually pawn you off on another staff member who can't help you either. If you do move in request to talk to Jenn directly, she is really nice and efficient, at least all the times I dealt with her.
