Granted, we got a LOT of snow a whole week ago, but I should NOT still be having to shovel my own garage out. I've done it TWICE already - for ONE snowstorm. I shoveled it 2 days after the storm, then again after they FINALLY got a plow into the complex that shoved a bunch of snow in front of the garage I had already shoveled.
Now, 6 days later, I find my garage blocked by snow again - not from snow that fell, but from snow that was pushed in front of it because so many residents complained they had a front-loader come in here again.
I called maintenance after hours (about 7PM) and they game me a lame excuse and said they couldn't do anything about it until the morning.
That is inexcusable for the $900 I pay for a one bedroom apartment here.
Guess who is NOT going to renew their lease when it comes up?
I've been VERY patient with the management, but I should NEVER have had to shovel snow myself, yet I did it twice already, and would have had to do it a 3rd time if I wanted to drive anywhere nearly a week after the storm.
It's just not right. I may still have to shovel snow a 3rd time in less than a week if maintenance doesn't show up and do it before I have to leave for work tomorrow.
