These apartments seemed like a great deal when we moved in. They're pretty big for apartments but management is absolutely impossible to deal with. The repairs done inside the apartments are not done effectively and the paint and carpet is cheap making it almost impossible to get your deposit back because even though you take care of everything, it shows wear very quickly. It was pretty quiet and nice when we first moved in, but since then a few cars, including one of ours has been broken into, and one of my tires was slashed. Neither of us that live here are on bad terms with anyone in the state much less in the same apartment complex, so it is someone around the complex but management won't or can't do anything about it. They're upping our initial rent by fifty dollars a month to renew the lease, they practically require your first born to get into this place and they charge you five hundred dollars just to have a satellite dish mounted on the balcony.
