The management people changed our lease terms on us a couple times (how is that legal??) and forced us to make a decision about re-renting more than four months before our lease was due to end. The grounds in front of our apartment were almost always covered with litter and cigarette butts. When our hot water heater broke, it took two maintenance visits to fix it because they didn't do it right the first time. Overall, the place is doable if you never have to deal with the office people.
