Review for Pinecone Apartments

We moved in to a dump and were screwed over and over by the extremely rude people running this place. Upon move out we were charged for damages that were present when we moved in. They basically stuck us with the bill for already planned renevations. You're better off living in the park on a bench than this dump. Numerous things broke and they took forever to fix. Often it took so long that it caused other damages which we were charged for. For example the dryer vent had rotted and it took so long for maintenance to show up that mold formed in the room and we were charged for the clean-up of the mold. Stay far far away from this place unless you have a lot of money top renevate your apartment for the company.
