When I first moved in here 3 years ago. I thought I had found the place to stay until I was done with college. New owners took over about 2 years ago and I can not wait to get out of here. Things no longer get fixed in a timely manner. The owners have done some remodeling and did so rather poorly. Sinks that are plumbed backwards. Dishwashers not anchored so they fall on you. exposed wood edges that give splinters. Electrical work that could never be officially approved.
