I would have to agree with an earlier comment/review.
"I would recommend this place to someone who wants to live close to campus, doesn't mind living in ana older place, and doesn't want to hassle with paying separate utilities. Probably best for a college student."
This pretty much sums up my experience. I lived here for 2 of my college years and didn't really appreciate it until I moved elsewhere. Speaking personally, if I had a maintenance problem it was attended in a timely manner. The only problem I ever had was a noise problem with a neighbor, probably due to the paper thin walls.
When considering the price and fixed utilities for the complex I would recommend this place for a college student who doesn't mind living in an older complex. I guess I speak highly due to problems at my new place, which I thought would be better seeing as it is a new complex. Not the situation at all.
