I'm sorry but I was really excited to move here because of the stupid apartment staff people take you to this beautiful apartment. My roommates and I got here on move in day and our mouths dropped to to what a sh!t hole it ended up being. Our place was dirty as hell, they didn't even clean it before move in. Our tub was moldy and disgusting. Our bathroom and kitchen light were shorted and only turned on half the time. our garbage disposal breaks every other day. our microwave is glued together because someone before us broke it and thats how they fixed it. our dryer takes 2 hours to dry one load of clothes. we had to get a new washer because our washer was a piece of crap. our furniture is nice i guess, but thats what we are paying for, for half the rent!! i walk into my apartment every day and it puts me in a bad mood. the securitiy guards do nothing but harass you. you can't have a freaking KEG in your apartment, its against "rams pointe policies." our keg got confiscated 30 SECONDS after it go into the apartment and the apartment manager claims he has no idea where it went so we couldnt get it back (even though the fat security guards and him probably drank it) they have free food and stuff sometimes in the clubhouse...which we probably pay for with ridiculous high price of rent for these shit holes. our countertops tile is like glued on and is falling off. simply put: don't live here. its a waste of money and they don't give 2 cents about you! OH and not to mention they enter your place whenever they please which is a little weird when they wont stop knocking on your door and you're trying to get dressed!! ahh...i feel better now...
