I lived there my sophomore year of college, and it wasn't bad. Like someone else said, it's great for having parties and being around other students. Pretty much we liked it b/c it was furnished, there was a lot of room, and we could walk or take the transfort to campus. The furniture was outdated and the carpet was really stained, but it was nice to have 2 showers and 3 bathrooms. Never had problems with security or maintenance issues. It was just a party apartment where we could make a huge mess on the carpet and you'd never notice b/c it was already bad.
