Review for Rls Management Apartments

We moved in here because the apartments are good-sized and have a washer and dryer in unit and they only asked 615 for a two bedroom. It seemed like a good deal, but maintenance is only fixes things half way if at all. They require obscene amounts of effort just to get approved to move in, including your tax information (would you trust apartment management to keep such information safe?) and much of the interior is cheap and hard to take care of, even if you're the cleanest of people. The exterior of the apartments is obviously rotting and it takes maintenance months, literally, to fix single balconies. There is an unreasonable amount of vandalism, cars getting broken into and noise. Management does nothing about any of it but is quick to slam you with charges for anything. If you want a satellite dish, be prepared to pay them five hundred dollars. Also, they seem to think it's okay to up your rent by obscene amounts without any justifications for it.
