I have only lived here for half a year, but the place is already getting on my nerves. The walls are paper-thin, parking is a joke, traffic noise is horrendous, and repeated requests for maintenance work on several problems in my apartment have gone unnoticed by management (the smoke alarm doesn't work!!!). Not only that, but they felt it necessary to raise my rent by $30 a month when I signed on for a new lease!
I should add that I have been a few days late with my rent on a couple occasions, and they haven't charged me late fees, so I guess that's a plus. Other than that little blessing, this place sucks. Avoid it if you can.
