After reading the other bad reviews I thought that it might be nice to have a good one. I've lived at The Pier since May 2006. I haven't had any problems with the management. I use to live at Rams Pointe which was terriable, so maybe anything is an improvement. Most of the residents are older (not college students) so it's not a party place and it's pretty quiet. I barely ever hear my neighbors and I feel like I have alot of privacy. I'll admit that it is a little expensive for a one bedroom studio. Overall, I like the place!
