Extremely unprofessional management, very poor construction, bad maintenace, way over-priced for its value, often loud, no privacy, infested with bugs from the seasonal wetlands next door (in a county with the nation's highest rate for West Nile virus). Wish I could think of one nice quality...oh, yeh.... there is a 7/11 conveniently located next door.
