Apartment Reviews for Continental South - Glendale

I lived there for 5 years. The reviews mention roaches but in my time there i only saw a total of 3 single ones. Each time it was mentioned she had my apartment sprayed. This place is incredibly inexpensive so for those complaining about quality, maybe you should pay more rent and live elsewhere. I paid between 465-495 including utilities. Thats a bargain considering the location.
My only real complaints are the lack of parking, noisy Home Depot fork lifts at all hours of the night, sketchy laundry room and "trashy" tenants allowed to live there. One tenant would work on his derelict car in multiple spaces.
The AC units blow massive cold air and the apartment manager works to keep your home (and her home) as safe as money allows. If you're looking for a dirt cheap place with a clean pool in a nice location, this is your place. You get what you pay for.
