Apartment Review for The Towns

Stay away!!! First they charge you for your application fee and then an additional $100 administrative fee for looking at the apartment. Outrageous pet deposit and then pet rent on top of that. You don't even pay for the water you use, you pay depending on how many people are supposedly in the apartment complex. Which can very because there are a ton of Mexicans here and where there is one there is twenty. They have problems with **** roaches and bed bugs and they don't even spray properly to ensure that they don't come back. If you don't mind **** near naked children running in the street at all hours of the day/ night or annoying music 24/7 then this might be the place for you. However, if noise, disrespectful neighbors, a bs feeding management, bugs galore, outrageous fees, and a feeling that you have to pack up and move every other month don't bother with this place, it is not worth your time. <P>
