Beautiful, quiet, close to Mines, generally in good condition. The one huge caveat is the toilets; you will basically be plunging night and day no matter how careful you are when you use them. The toilets are the "water-saving" kind except that you need to flush 50 dudezillion times to have even a slim hope that everything will go down. Even then, it's touch and go. Management doesn't appear to be in any great rush to fix this problem; they freely acknowledge it when you are signing the lease because they know that that the apartments are generally good enough that most people will grin and bear it. However, with that kind of attitude, I'm worried what might (not) happen if something major goes wrong and I try to submit a work order.

Small closets very very small. Second floor is always hot regardless of the AC. Some staff are not so friendly they have the pool and exercise room but not really happy to see residents going there for some reason. <P>

The area is beautiful, the cottages are absolutely fabulous but management is awful! Maintenance request are not honored in a timely manner, and when they are the problem is "temporarily" fixed. I am not sure if this is laziness or just lack of respect for their tenants! One of the Leasing consultants/Office managers is simply rotten when dealing with a tenants complaints and is very cold in person too! Overall I would recommend this complex if you or someone you know is a handyman!!!

Well maintained, very responsive management team. The managment team even recognizes you if they see you at the store. Everything is great except that the vents are linked together so that you can smell any strong smells from the next townhouse. The worst is when a neighbor smokes. There is nothing that the office does to help with the smell. As long as you don't mind the smoke (IF your neighbors smoke) it is a great place!
