Apartment Review for Camden Lakeway

This is a beautiful location, and we love our floor plan, most people here seem very nice... however I have not been very impressed with the office staff!

While we were in the process of moving in, I had tried to contact the agent we were working with for the exact amount that would be due at the time of move in. I called twice, left a message, and emailed with no luck getting a hold of them, or having my call returned. After speaking to the manager, they sent 3 DIFFERENT quotes to me. Still not helping me know what to expect to pay for the day of move in.

During the review of the contract, I noticed that in a section it was stated that there were to be no barbecue grills on the porches. I stopped at this section because when getting a tour of the apt. the agent said grills WERE aloud on porches as long as they met certain requirements. So I asked about this and he assured me that gas grills were aloud, however charcole barbecues were not. So being that it is summer time, we have been using the grill because we were told that it was ok. So today I get home with a notice posted on my door stating we were breaking contract by having a grill... According to the letter NO grills are aloud which is the complete opposite of what we were told.

Very, very unimpressed!!! Hopefully things will improve.. but so far I do not hold a very high expectation to the workers here at Camden!!!
