Apartment Review for Camden Lakeway

This dump claims to be the premier property in this area and we fell for that line of POOP! Stupid us, we should have put in our thirty day the day we moved in. I wondered why they wouldn't allow me to look at the poohole before I signed my lease. Three weeks after I moved in the stains on the carpet started showing up and my counters started chipping not long after, which all comes out to LOW QUALITY workmanship. Then every Thursday morning at 7:15 am they start mowing the lawn outside our apartment so I called in a noise complaint because quiet hours are from 9 am to 9 p.m. on weekdays. It took four weeks of complaining to get them to stop and see that they must abide by their lease too. Then comes the noise from the residents loud cars, loud motorcycles, loud music and our neighbor doing the laundry at 3 am. When I complain about one specific residents car being to loud one leasing agent tells me after my third complaint that a letter has been sent to the resident about his noise. Then a week later when the noise has not stopped I called the leasing office and talk to the same leasing agent and he tells me that they cannot locate the resident who is being loud, so he LIED to me the last time I called and complained. We have also called and inquired about renting the clubhouse twice and each time they responded the same "We don't know anything about anything we will have to call you back" we are still waiting for those calls (one was 4 months ago and the second was 2 weeks ago) so the quality of office personnel is in the negative they should all be fired for gross lack of performance. The only performance they know is how to get you to sign the lease and then see ya woudn't wanna be ya.
I thought I would save the best for last. Our public service bill is; are you ready $150.00 per month in the winter time for an 1180 square foot apartment. That is outrageous and how could it be that high because the windows are crap.
So if your even considering looking at this dive drive on there are much nicer places elsewhere
