Apartment Review for Willows

If you are looking for a cheap apartment with absolutely no frills, this is the place for you. Everything is outdated, including the equipment in the exercise room. Parking is about average. The lack of security is concerning as cars have gotten broken into over the past year. There also is no lighting in the parking lots- there are lights,but the bulbs burnt out some time ago and never were replaced. The staff is not the brightest and the manager, Chrissy, is pretty rude. <P>
