Apartment Review for Willows

Holy crap...where to begin on this hellhole...I lived there for a year after getting the Angie (manager at the time) song and dance about how clean, quiet and well kept the place is and like an idiot I signed the lease. The noise from loud bass and people fighting was maddening. The security patrol was useless and played pool in the clubhouse while cars were being broken into- how nice! The water pressure and temperature is inconsistant. The laundry rooms are disgusting as are many of the renters. The grounds are littered with trash and nasty. The best part is the weight room in the clubhouse. Not a secure place to live at all. The cops make regular visits to arrest some of the fine scum residing on the western side of the complex by the gas station. A warning to those that move out...if you are dumb enough to lease here mark everything on the damage move-in report as dirty, broken or damaged as these clowns will bill you for EVERYTHING! I was nearly sued for $1000+ for carpet that needed to be replaced from the beginning of the lease. My carpet was frayed, threadbare, stained and worn...they saw fit to charge me over $1000 to replace 900 square feet of ****** carpet. Also, the extra utility bill is not based on your water and gas use but the complex itself- if a lot of people move out the bill goes up to cover vacancies...stay the **** away from this place as you will ahte the noise, drunken neighbors, loud music, trash, utility bills, thin walls, poor insulation, warped counters, and apathetic office staff that only care about your rent check and keeping units filled with anyone that can paya a deposit. RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! <P>
