The below reviews are absolutely 100% correct! Maintenance does a half-assed job on everything and doesn't completely finish the job most of the time. The hot tub is out of order more than it is working. My kitchen and bathroom floors are filthy. I have scrubbed and scrubbed with bleach and they still won't come clean. My carpet is nasty and you can feel the staples or nails or whatever they are sticking through. And be prepared for your rent to jump by at least $120/month when your lease is up! These people don't care about the state of the economy or job loss. They will jack your rent no matter what... NO NEGOTIATIONS!!! They do not care about their tenants at all!!! And it makes no difference that you pay your rent on time every month...they still treat you like dirt! Avoid stress... avoid these A-HOLES!!!
