I have lived here for a long while getting my Masters from DU actually. Hey its an apartment. If you dont pay your rent your gonna get kicked out! IF you throw your cigarette butts everywhere theyre gonna fine you! You have a loud party at 3am your gonna get evicted! Grow up and pay your rent and you wont be bothered! Management is good and they lay down the law.
