Review for The Crest At Lonetree Apartments

I am very disappointed as well. The turn over for management has been insane! I have lived here for a year and a half and so far we have had 4 different managers, and countless office staff. The treadmills, jacuzzi, and computers never work, and nor are they ever fixed correctly. It seems that the Crest has a real issue with management not knowing what they are doing and how to fix simple things within the apartment. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a mold problem and water leaking issue in multiple apartments including my own. I cannot stand the office staff for they are incredibly rude and always fall back on "Its our policy". There is no parking spaces for the residents and there is suppose to be one spot assigned to every tenant and guests are suppose to park outside the gate. I know for a fact that numerous guests are using the tenants limited spots and management is doing nothing to supervise this issue. There is also no place to throw the trash away which means toting your trash to another nearby dumpster. I am seriously disappointed!
