Review for The Crest At Lonetree Apartments

When we first moved in we loved the place, and then it quickly went down hill. They don't enforce rules the people across the way have two dogs, which the office swears they don't but they do and ones a beagle which howls all the time, and beagle's are a no no in this community. The grounds are dirty, they never scrape the side walks in the winter until ice builds there, I have slipped over three times. The don't keep up with the trash, so trash piles in the canisters and is gross. They are quick to jump on someone about noise, until the person argues that it's the other people making noise. The office staff is horrible and stupid. I will say we are told something diffrent each time. Your lease says they will give you a 90 day notic on your increase, your lucky if you get 65 days and you have to give a 60 day notice. And lastly we are moving and just went to see if we could get out of our last months rent, because we bought a house. Versus telling us we don't do that politely the property manager Laurie... tells us she won't even discuss it, not a "sorry we can't do that" and mind you we have a perfect history with them. When we brought up how horrible they are on up keep and how they don't keep up their end of the contract she told us "if we thought we had enough proof we could take them to court" Versus saying "Sorry, but I still can't do anything, but if you could let me know the problems maybe I can fix them for the next tenants." JUST STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY... They increased our rent by $200 plus dollars the lease term. we leave in 06 of 2007
