Do not rent from the Legacy apartments, you will be sorry at the end, very poor management, they will keep most of your deposit for regular wear and tear, they will charge you cleaning, painting, which all has to be done in the first place for the next resident, which they do not do, for it was not done for me to meet my expectations, you complain, she said you can clean it and have carpets cleaned, glad I did not, because guess what they have you have the carpets cleaned, they give you a couple of cleaners to use, the cost is $50.00, so with that plus over 120.00 they kept out of my deposit. plus that is not the only thing you need for heads up they will put an eviction notice on your door, it happened to me twice, that should only happen if you do not have the money to pay it, that was not my case, went to the accounting lady in the office, she said oh I am sorry, she had the excuse, I have so many checks to deal with, which means since it happened to me twice, I am sure this has happened to others, so she can not do the job, there needs to be another person, or one who can handle it. They are not that nice of apartment for what you pay, they raised the rent this year, I am sure it is to help pay for the new siding they were putting up, so residents there guess what you are helping with that.
