We just had an incident here recently (not the fault of management) where at least 6 apartments had to be vacated for a few hours in the early morning. Management went above and beyond what they had to do and actually bought everyone breakfast, made coffee and truly accomodated us. The incident could have been a real pain to all of us renters, but with the help of the management, everyone was quickly taken care of and the event became more pleasant than not...considering. I am so happy that I have chosen Lakemont apartments as my home.

With rooms which are larger than those of a typical apartment complex and with ample storage and kitchen cabinetry, Lakemont Place is my home of choice in beautiful Loveland. The buildings are not new, but because of the capable and polite maintenance team, deficiencies are resolved promptly. A few years ago I was living in a two bedroom apartment here but wanted three bedrooms. Since no large units were available, I went looking around the city, and after examining seven or eight other facilities, I realized that Lakemont offered the best apartment at the best price. I wisely decided to remain at Lakemont. Luckily, a three bedroom apartment was to be available in three months, so I reserved it and made the happy move into the adjacent complex building.

I have been living here for 3 years now and absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and the area is nice and quiet. My apartment is very large with lots of storage space, more than I have ever had in any other apartments. I have recommened this place to many friends and family and upon moving in, they have all been satisfied.
