I moved here from Houston and I have lived in my townhouse here for 9 months. I absolutely LOVE IT!
Dave & Jeremy in the office have been nothing but professional and helpful from the time I came to view an apartment till now. It does get a little hectic in there sometimes but I've never had to wait long to have ANY issue addressed. Since I've been here it's been the same great management!
These are income and student regulated apartments so you have to stay on top of changes in household status.
The walls are THICK so I don't hear much from any neighbors unless it's extremely loud. Most people here have kids or pets and are very friendly. I can count on one hand the times I've had any problems from anyone here. (loud music, etc.) I have been able to address concerns with neighbors directly and had issues solved.
They have fum amenities, BEAUTIFULLY clean and well maintained apartments & grounds. Maintenance is speedy, and parking is not an issue as it's a small community. Dollar per square foot you will definitely get your money worth in these SPACIOUS apartments!
I am going to sign another year lease when this one is up. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else or risk leaving this quiet, clean, friendly community that is within walking distance to anything I need!
(The COLT bus line stops right in front as well) :)

The apartments have gone down hill. They look like projects. There are teenage gangs that harm anything that they see. maintenance has gone down hill. There teenager having sex out in there yard. The management are strict with everything but the trouble that's going on on this property. They don't have a heart to let you out of lease because I am disabled and have trouble following down stairs and I want to move out so that my brother who has cancer can have a bathroom and bedroom down stairs, which we don't have any in my town home.
