Some good but noise really bad...

The office ladies are very nice. They are willing to work with you. This apartment is GREAT on square footage, HOWEVER IF YOU ARE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR you can hear EVERYTHING!!! Not only above you but kitty corner as well. If you move here make sure to live on the TOP floor. If you have any other problems you will need to call police for assistance. Convienent location, and when you rent you get your own parking space. Noise level is the one major problem if you are living on first floor and just want some quiet.

I live on the first floor and I love this place. It's true I can hear the person above me but I would expect that at any place where I would live on the bottom floor. All the people I've met have been really nice and I feel really safe here. Management is on top of work orders and immediately respond. They care. They respect my privacy which I treasure and allow me to make appointments for my maintenance. The area is astounding in its beauty and very convenient to stores..my gosh, a Walgreens is right next door, a Goodwill right across the street, and two major grocery stores just a hop, skip, and a jump away. C470 is just a breath in distance. I don't know what more you can ask for? I'm happy. I just feel that a lot of times in life we fail to notice what really enhances our lives rather than what distracts from it.
