Saddlebrooke finally has a new manager, Debbie, who is so nice, friendly, and helpful! The prices are reasonable & appropriate for the area. There is a new garden for residents & a very nice dog park right next to the property. This is a great community and we are happy to live here.

These townhomes are fairly nice and new, the community feels safe, and it is very pet friendly. The big downside so far is the property manager, English Hopkins (that's right, her name is English). She is VERY difficult to deal with, she's condescending, and she is one of the least helpful people I've ever encountered.
Overall, I'd say the places are a touch over-priced, but I would still recommend them. However, I would steer clear of ever having to interact with English Hopkins if at all possible. Hopefully the HOA replaces her sooner rather than later in order to uphold the reputation of Saddle Brooke
