If you thinking in rent an apartment in this place, DONT DO IT, they check everything to rent you an apartment, credit, background check and everythink but when you need something they never do nothing for you, in this place you need to be ready to have a rats in your apartment full of holes and they dont do nothing, be ready to live next to the maniatic man overthere and if you report this, they dont do nothing, no safety place to live at all, no security,, no police, and negligent people whou only cares about the money you paid, no pest control, no nothing, i am really make a mistake to rent an expensive apartment here.

I moved in to a newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment home for a price that was more than some other communities in the area. I chose this apartment complex because I thought that I would be more comfortable here and have less problems. The maintenance issues though started immediately. First it was a leaky toilet, then a loose closet door, a faulty garbage disposal and then the temperatures were switched on my washer and dryer. Maintenance responded quickly and I attributed this to the unit recently being remodeled. Parking was also ample and uncontrolled when I first moved in. I had a few more small maintenance issues and then right at Christmas my water heater went out and it took a week to get fixed. I see this as absolutely unacceptable. The management was very apologetic but it was a huge inconvenience. Also, the parking started to get cramped. There were many cars that would stay parked for weeks at a time and management did nothing about them. After the holidays it settled down a bit but if anybody has more than one friend over the balance is easily upset and I have ended up having to park all the way at the leasing office which is about a 5 minute walk. As far as security, there really isn't any as a community feature. When I first moved in I was alarmed at how often I saw the police but as more old tenants moved out and more apartments were remodeled this went away as well. My apartment is beautiful and comfortable despite all of this with all of the features I was looking for; ample closet space, washer and dryer and a very smart floor plan. I do enjoy showing people my apartment and I love my large kitchen and bathroom. I would just suggest that anyone moving in here ask about the parking situation in depth and do a thorough check of your apartment at the walk-through time.
