Noisy neighbors especially if you are near the pool/hot tub. Filed a dozen complaints about the guy upstairs having parties until 4am and nothing happened. Multiple issues with the apartment that rarely got resolved in terms of repairs. Also if you have pets say goodbye to your deposit, if you pet has 1 small accident or gets really sick they charge you for the carpet replacement even if you have been there for years.
