Review for 2 Family House Apartments

I moved in a year ago because it was beautiful! The apartment was just what we were looking for and they were giving me a great deal. That should have been clue number 1, I received my renewal offer and they are raising my rent over $300! When I asked them about it they said that my rent was actually xyz even though I was paying less each month. That is the last straw for me, I will be moving at the end of my lease. This year I have had to deal with ridiculus construction issues and traffic galore. Now that Legacy Place is open it is even worse, people are driving through the parking lot like crazy and they don't live here. Parking is a nightmare, between the tiny spots, the break ins in the garage and the cars from Legacuy Place it is hard to find a spot and there are still a ton of vacant apartments, I need to get out befdore I have to park on the street once this place is full. My advice is to keep looking...
