Levitin management and Prestige only collect your rent and care nothing about your living accommodations because no one lives there. Not even the Super. The management is despicable. It took me 4 weeks to get my air conditioner replace in the beginning of the summer heat wave. For weeks I slept on the floor to be cool. They take forever to make repairs; you do not get any contact numbers when you move in. They do not return phone calls. The complex has numerous drug addicts, a girl working for the management company died of a drug over dose doing crack. They do not clean the hall ways and barely shovel when it snows. I fell twice. The best thing is security that's because the cops patrol the complex, but the door bells do not work and the front doors do not always close.
