Apartment 1:
Looked nice, nice price, they were nice getting you the apartment but it ended there. The apartment had a huge noise problem with they never fixed and fixtures fell off the ceiling. Management wants to just get you in the door.

Apartment 2: Of course I was looking at the price again. Nice getting in and this time the apartment was very nice and liked it. Management reminds me of an insurance firm where one does not know what the other said. Make sure they have read your lease before they talk to you otherwise its just a shot in the dark.
