However, it has been reported that some of the staff can be rude and slow to respond due to poor communication. Units feature patios and balconies, in-unit washers and dryers, separate dining rooms, fireplaces, and high ceilings. Maintenance has unfortunately been described as inattentive and undermanned. Units, while described as spacious and comfortable, have also been described as poorly constructed. Lower floor apartments may experience noise issues. Apartments at Avalon Danbury offer one to three bedrooms, full kitchens with separate dining rooms, high ceilings, bay windows, and plenty of storage space. The grounds are open and landscaping is lush. The pool, fitness center, resident lounges, and picnic areas are well maintained. Management performs many maintenance check-ups for all units which some residents find helpful, and others find invasive. Management as a whole is generally easy to reach and quick to respond. Parking is free, and closer "premium" parking is available for an extra fee. One and two bedroom units with spacious, open floor plans are available at TGM Willow Grove. There are eleven floor plans to choose from, featuring balconies and patios. Some additionally feature fireplaces and lofts. TGM Willow Grove is perched on a large, beautiful lawn. Located on the property are a clubhouse, heated pool, and fitness center, all reported to be very clean and well-maintained by residents. Management is responsive and approachable. Apartments at Hillcroft at Danbury range from one to three bedrooms and offer balconies, washers and dryers, dishwashers, and carpeting. Units contain plenty of room for storage. Residents are pleased to say that the grounds, pool, and fitness center are well-maintained and clean. Management has been described as very responsive to the issues that are brought to their attention. Noise can be an issue on lower floors. Minor problems with mold in bathrooms have been reported, but maintenance and management are quick to address the issue when reported. Avalon Valley sits on beautiful grounds that feature a playground and clubhouse. Covered parking is available, and there is an on-site laundry facility. Nearby are many opportunities for shopping, dining, social events, and entertainment. Residents have described the grounds as beautiful but the facilities as poorly maintained and the units poorly constructed, although open and providing ample storage. Management is helpful although generally hard to reach. Maintenance crews are courteous and helpful as well, although undermanned. Furnished units are available. Pets are allowed. Westwood Village offers various floor plans, including one, two, and three bedroom flats and townhouses. Some of the units in Westwood Village offer great views of nearby Lake Kenosia and the surrounding hillside. It is within walking distance of a cafe and grocery store, and restaurants and shopping are a short drive away. The property features two swimming pools, basketball court, playground, and enclosed dog run. Spacious floor plans include plenty of closet and storage space. Residents are glad to say the property, including all of the outdoor facilities and pool, remain well maintained. Maintenance and management respond promptly to tenants' inquiries and issues.
